Interesting little loophole in Chilean law

This is an interesting little loophole in Chilean law!  The government can't have it both ways!  Erm, I mean, but I suppose as it stands, according to Chilean law, there's NO legal reason why this marriage shouldn't be recognised under law!

Beat up and robbed in Valparíso, Chile last weekend.... (04.02=

Este es Valparaíso.  This is Valparaíso.  See my post below for more details.

Robberies #4 and #5 in Chile

OK, the above girl looks NOTHING like me, skin colour to start with.  I'm not sure I even bled that much after Robbery #4, but I was scraping dried blood out of my nose two days later and four days later I still have scabs on my nose (thank God it wasn't broken) and teeth that still don't feel right; I still haven't decided if i should go to a dentist or not.  Woke up with blood coming out of my left upper teeth this afternoon (too depressed to chase up Robbery #5 this morning like I should've done), so maybe I should check out the dentist.

But, on a hill in Valparaíso, I think it was Cerro Alegre or Cerro Concepción, someone cunt litterally punched me in the face and stole my phone that I had in my hand, using it, which wasn't even a good one, a Nokia C3, not an iphone or a Samsung Galaxy or even a Blackberry.  I was a bit hazy, returning around 8am or later from a CRAZY night out, but I maintain even in a girl is drunk and wearing a short skirt, it doesn't mean she deserves to be raped!

Four and a half days later I still can't chew properly and have scabs on my nose.

And then yesterday, Robbery #5.  It was between 6-7pm Wednesday, I was actually travelling to class via metro and micro (bus) in Santiago when I was pickpocket of my purse.  The money's the pain in the arse, but cancelling a bankcard isn't too bad here, worse is having to get a new ID card.  It'll take six or so weeks having to visit five offices in different parts of the city, only to expire a few months after that, but at least it's recuperable.

I've cancelled a few classes (scant though they are during February, the height of the summer holidays in Chile), through this so am not earning anything, but at least I wasn't hospitalised like November 2011.  Five robberies and two assaults this makes in Chile now!

And I haven't even checked out the new My Bloody Valentine album yet to cheer me up!
